Mr. Vikram Desai

Director

Mr. Vikram Desai holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin and presently serves as President of DSP Investments, where he oversees the investment strategies of the DSP Group.

Mr. Subramanya Suria Narayan Moorthy

Independent Director

Mr. S.S.N. Moorthy serves the Indian Revenue Service. He passed his MA as a rank holder from Kerala University and then completed his LL.B. His last held position was as Member of Securities Appellate Tribunal at Mumbai (2012) which deals with capital market appeals in India.

Ms. Smita Mankad

Independent Director

Ms. Smita Mankad holds a degree in Economics (Hons.) and an MBA in Finance. She brings three decades of experience across the corporate, social, and government sectors, complemented by a unique combination of skills and expertise.

Mr. Amal Dhru

Independent Director

Mr. Dhruv is a fellow Chartered Accountant with a remarkable five decades of experience in the financial industry. He also holds a Master’s degree from IIM-A and is a certified insolvency professional.
